The 1SMB5.0AT3G is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 9.2V, capable of handling peak pulse currents up to 65.2A. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W, it provides robust surge protection for general purpose applications.
This device is housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
