The 1SMB10AT3 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from On Semiconductor, designed to protect sensitive electronic components from high voltage transients. It is part of the 1SMB5.0AT3 series and offers 600W peak power dissipation at 1ms pulse width.
