The On Semiconductor 1SMA5942BT3G is a 51V Zener diode in the 1.5W plastic surface mount SMA package, part of the 1SMA59xxBT3G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 51V with ±5% tolerance, a maximum impedance of 70Ω, and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 38.8V. The forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA.
