The 1SMA5930BT3G is a 16V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's 1SMA59xxBT3G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 16V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 1.5W. The device features a low impedance of 10Ω and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 12.2V. It is designed for surface mount assembly in a DO-214AC (SMA) package. The diode is rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C and has an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16kV) per the Human Body Model. The package is UL 94 V-0 rated for flammability and supports a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds. This part is Pb-Free and suitable for general purpose voltage regulation and protection circuits.
