The 1SMA5926BT3G is a 11V Zener diode from ON Semiconductor's 1SMA59xxBT3G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 11V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW (1.5W with proper heat sinking). The device features a low impedance of 5.5Ω and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 8.4V. It is designed for surface mount applications in a DO-214AC (SMA) package. The diode is rated for operating temperatures from -65°C to +150°C and has an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16 kV) per Human Body Model. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant (unverified).
The nominal Zener voltage is 11V with a tolerance of ±5%.
