The 1SMA5915BT3G is a 3.9V Zener diode from onsemi's 1SMA59xxBT3G series, designed for voltage regulation applications. It offers a power dissipation of 1.5W when measured at a lead temperature of 75°C, with a derating factor of 20 mW/°C above that temperature. The device features a Zener impedance of 7.5Ω and a reverse leakage current of 12.5 µA at 1V.
This Zener diode is housed in a void-free, transfer-molded plastic DO-214AC (SMA) package suitable for surface mount assembly. It supports an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 50°C/W. The part is Pb-free and rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability.
