The 1SMA5915BT3 is a 3.9V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's 1SMA59xxBT3 series, designed for voltage regulation in surface mount applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 3.9V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 1.5W at a lead temperature of 75°C (derated 20 mW/°C above 75°C). At an ambient temperature of 25°C, power dissipation is 0.5W (derated 4.0 mW/°C above 25°C).
