The Littelfuse 1SMA20AT3G is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 20V and a clamping voltage of 32.4V at a peak pulse current of 12.3A. The device is rated for 400W peak pulse power, making it suitable for general-purpose transient protection.
This TVS diode is housed in a standard DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package, supporting automated assembly processes. It operates over a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a capacitance of 585pF at 1MHz. The part is not intended for power line protection.
