The 1SMA16AT3G is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000μs waveform) with a peak pulse current rating of 15.4A. The device has a reverse standoff voltage of 16V and a clamping voltage of 26V, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage spikes. Capacitance is 715pF at 1MHz. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C (junction).
This TVS diode is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, enabling compact PCB layouts. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited).
