The 1N758A is a 10V Zener diode from Microchip Technology designed for voltage stabilization. It features high reliability and a very sharp reverse characteristic. The diode provides a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a tolerance of ±5%. It is rated for 500mW power dissipation and has a Zener impedance of 17Ω at the test current of 20mA. The reverse leakage current is typically 1µA at 8V, and the forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA.
