The 1N757A is a Zener diode designed for voltage regulation applications. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 9.1V at a test current of 20mA, with a tolerance of ±5%. The device can dissipate up to 500mW at lead temperatures up to 75°C. It features a maximum impedance of 10Ω at the test current and a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA at 1V. The forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA. The diode is housed in a DO-35 glass package with axial leads for through-hole mounting. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 200°C.
