The 1N753D is a 6.2V nominal Zener diode with a maximum power dissipation of 500mW, manufactured by Microchip Technology. It provides a ±1% tolerance for precise voltage regulation and is housed in a through-hole DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial lead package.
