The 1N6481-E3/96 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, part of the Superectifier series. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V, an average rectified current of 1A, and a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1A. The device offers high forward surge capability of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and a low reverse leakage current of 10µA at rated VRRM.
