The 1N6479-E3/96 is a surface mount glass passivated junction rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. The device features a standard recovery time greater than 500 ns, making it suitable for low to medium frequency circuits.
