The 1N6391 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Microchip Technology, designed for high-reliability applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 25A at a case temperature of +25°C. The forward voltage is typically 500mV at 5A forward current.
This diode offers a high surge current capability of 600A (8.3ms half-sine wave) and a junction operating temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
