The 1N6378-E3/54 is a 1500W peak pulse power Zener TVS diode from Vishay Dale designed for general purpose overvoltage protection. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25.2V at 50A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform).
This unidirectional TVS diode is housed in a through-hole DO-201AA / DO-27 axial package. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
