The 1N6375-E3/54 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a clamping voltage of 14.1V at 90A peak pulse current. The device can handle 1500W (1.5kW) peak pulse power, providing robust protection against voltage transients. It is mounted using through-hole technology and is available in DO-201AA, DO-27, or Axial package styles. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. Power line protection is not supported.
