The 1N6285A is a 1500W unidirectional Zener transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high-voltage, high-energy transients. The device has a working peak reverse voltage of 33.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 53.9V at peak pulse current. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W for a 1ms pulse, with a fast response time typically less than 1ns.
