The 1N6282A-E3/54 is a unidirectional TRANSZORB transient voltage suppressor diode from Vishay Semiconductors, part of the 1.5KE series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 25.6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 41.4V at a peak pulse current of 36.2A (10/1000μs waveform). The device is rated for 1500W peak pulse power and can handle a peak forward surge current of 200A (8.3ms).
Designed for general purpose protection against voltage transients, it is suitable for use in sensitive electronics, ICs, MOSFETs, and sensor signal lines.
