The 1N6277ARL4 is a 1500W unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from ON Semiconductor's Mosorb series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high-voltage, high-energy transients. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 15.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25.2V at peak pulse current.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impedance, and a fast response time of less than 1 ns. It is rated for ESD protection Class 3 (>16 kV) per the Human Body Model. The device is manufactured with a Pb-Free external lead finish.
