The 1N6267A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from On Semiconductor, part of the Mosorb series. It is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from high voltage, high-energy transients. Key electrical specifications include a working peak reverse voltage of 5.8V, a maximum clamp voltage of 10.5V, and a peak power dissipation of 1500W at 1ms. The device features a fast response time of typically less than 1 ns, low reverse leakage current below 5 µA above 10V, and an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16 kV) per the Human Body Model.
