The 1N6144A is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Semtech, part of the 1N6138A-1N6173A series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and electrical fast transients (EFT).
