The 1N6061A is a 1500W bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology, part of the JEDEC-registered 1N6036A-1N6072A series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by switching, inductive loads, or secondary lightning effects.
