The 1N6060A is a bidirectional Zener-type transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology's 1N6036A-1N6072A series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by inductive switching, RF effects, and secondary lightning effects. With a reverse standoff voltage of 64V and a clamping voltage of 103V, it can handle peak pulse currents up to 14.6A (10/1000µs waveform) for a peak pulse power rating of 1500W.
