The 1N6045A is a bidirectional TVS diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N6036A-1N6072A series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from transients up to 1500W (10/1000µs pulse). With a reverse standoff voltage of 15V and a clamping voltage of 25.2V at 59.5A peak pulse current, it offers fast response time of less than 100ps.
