The 1N6041A is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology's 1N6036A-1N6072A series. It offers a peak pulse power rating of 1500 W at 10/1000 µs and clamps transients in less than 100 ps. The device has a working reverse voltage of 10 V and a clamping voltage of 16.7 V at a peak pulse current of 90 A.
Designed for protecting sensitive electronics from inductive switching transients, induced RF effects, and secondary lightning effects per IEC 61000-4-5. It also provides ESD and EFT protection per IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4. The hermetically sealed DO-13 metal package ensures reliability in harsh environments.
