The 1N5921BRLG is a 3W Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor's 1N5913B series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.8V with a tolerance of ±5%. This device features a low Zener impedance of 2.5Ω and a reverse leakage current of 5µA at 5.2V. Designed for through-hole mounting, it is supplied in an axial-lead DO-204AL (DO-41) package.
