The 1N5819 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 600 mV at 1 A, enabling high efficiency and low power loss. The device has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 40 V and an average rectified current of 1 A. It can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 25 A. The diode is housed in a through-hole DO-204AL (DO-41) axial lead package, making it suitable for PCB mounting. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. It is Pb-free and RoHS3 compliant (unverified), with ESD ratings of >400 V (Machine Model) and >8000 V (Human Body Model).
