The 1N5817-T is a 1.0A Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a DO-41 through-hole package. It is designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications, offering a low forward voltage drop of 450 mV at 1A to minimize power loss. The device is rated for a reverse voltage of 20V and can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 25A.
With a fast recovery speed of less than 500ns at currents above 200mA, it is well-suited for free-wheeling and polarity protection circuits. The junction-to-lead thermal resistance is 15°C/W, and operating temperature range spans -65°C to 125°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited).
