The 1N5817-E3/54 is a Schottky barrier plastic rectifier diode from Vishay Dale, part of the 1N5817 series. It features a guardring for overvoltage protection, very small conduction losses, extremely fast switching, and a low forward voltage drop, making it suitable for high frequency operation.
This diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20V and an average forward rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is typically 450 mV at 1A forward current. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 25A and has a fast recovery time of less than 500ns. The junction capacitance is 125 pF at 4V reverse voltage.
