The 1N5811 is a 6.0 amp rated ultrafast recovery rectifier diode with a working peak reverse voltage of 150 volts. It is designed for high-reliability applications requiring fast switching and low forward loss. The device features a reverse recovery time of 30 ns and a forward voltage drop of 875 mV at 4 A.
