The 1N5645A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 28.2 V and a clamping voltage of 45.7 V, making it suitable for 28 V nominal systems.
