The 1N5645 is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology, designed for general purpose transient protection. It offers a peak pulse power rating of 1500W and a peak pulse current of 31.5A, with a working voltage of 47.7V. The device is not intended for power line protection.
