The 1N5619GP-E3/54 is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 300ns, making it suitable for power supply rectification and freewheeling diode applications. The diode is built with a glass-passivated junction and a Superectifier structure for high reliability. It is packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial-lead through-hole package with matte tin plated leads. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, and the device is RoHS-compliant (E3 suffix).
