The 1N5619 is a fast recovery rectifier diode rated for 600V working peak reverse voltage and 1A average rectified current. It is part of the 1N5615-1N5623 series, which is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/429. The device features a reverse recovery time of 250ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification applications.
This diode is housed in a voidless hermetically sealed glass axial package with tin/lead (Sn/Pb) termination finish. It offers a forward surge current capability of 30A and a forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a thermal resistance of 38°C/W from junction to lead.
