The 1N5552 is part of the 1N5550-1N5554 series of standard recovery rectifier diodes from Microchip Technology (formerly Microsemi). These devices feature voidless hermetically sealed glass construction with quadruple-layer passivation, ensuring high reliability in demanding environments. The 1N5552 is qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/420 and available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS versions.
