The 1N5406-T from Diodes Incorporated is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode designed for 600V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 3A average forward current. It offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 200A, making it suitable for applications requiring high surge capability.
