The 1N5404G is a standard recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, part of the 1N5400 series. It is designed for general-purpose power supply applications requiring a 400V peak repetitive reverse voltage and a 3A average rectified forward current.
This device features a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 3A and a high non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 200A, making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents.
