The 1N5404 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification. It features a maximum average rectified current of 3A and a forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 3A. The device is housed in a DO-201AD (DO-27) axial leaded through-hole package, suitable for automated insertion and manual assembly. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
