The 1N5402RL is a standard recovery rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor's 1N5400 series, designed for general purpose power supply and rectification applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 3A with single phase resistive load. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1V at 3A, contributing to efficient operation.
This diode features a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 200A, making it robust for handling brief current spikes. Reverse current is limited to 10 µA at 25°C and 100 µA at 150°C. The device has a standard recovery time greater than 500 ns, typical for line frequency rectification.
