The 1N5374BG is a 5 Watt Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's 1N53 series, with a nominal Zener voltage of 75 V and ±5% tolerance. It is designed for through-hole mounting in a T-18, axial lead plastic package.
Key electrical specifications include a power dissipation of 5 W at a lead temperature of 25°C, a maximum impedance (Zzt) of 45 Ω, and a reverse leakage current of 500 nA at 56 V.
