The 1N5364B is a Zener diode designed for voltage stabilization and regulation. It has a nominal Zener voltage of 33V with a tolerance of ±5%, graded to the E24 standard. The device can dissipate up to 5W at a case temperature of 50°C.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum impedance of 10Ω at the Zener voltage and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 25.1V. The maximum junction temperature is 150°C, and the storage temperature range is -50°C to +175°C.
