The 1N5363BRLG is a 5-watt Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's 1N53 series. It offers a Zener voltage of 30 V with a tolerance of ±5% and a Zener impedance (Zzt) of 8 Ω. The device is designed for through-hole mounting in a void-free, transfer-molded thermosetting plastic axial-lead package (T-18, Axial).
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1.2 V at 1 A and a reverse leakage current of 500 nA at 22.8 V.
