The 1N5360BRLG is a 5 Watt Zener voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor's 1N53 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 25V with ±5% tolerance and a low dynamic impedance of 4Ω at the Zener test current. The diode features a forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 19V.
Designed for robust performance, the device includes an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16 kV) per the Human Body Model and a surge capability of 180W for 8.3 ms. The junction-to-lead thermal resistance is 25°C/W, allowing efficient heat dissipation. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 200°C.
