The 1N5352B is a 15V Zener diode designed for voltage regulation and stabilization applications. It offers a maximum power dissipation of 5W at an ambient temperature of 50°C, with a non-repetitive peak power capability of 80W for pulses under 8.3ms. The device features a low maximum impedance of 2.5Ω at the Zener test current and a reverse leakage current of only 1µA at 11.5V.
This through-hole component is housed in a T-18 axial leaded package, suitable for automated insertion and manual assembly. The operating junction temperature range spans -50°C to +150°C, with storage from -50°C to +175°C. Typical thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 25 K/W and junction to lead is 8 K/W, both measured with leads kept at 10mm from the case.
Designed for commercial and industrial grade applications, the 1N5352B is RoHS compliant (exemption 7a-I), REACH compliant, and halogen free. The case material meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Standard packaging is in ammo pack with 1700 units per pack.
