The 1N5341B is a 5 Watt Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor's 1N53 series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 5W at 25°C lead temperature (3/8 inch lead length). The device offers a low maximum Zener impedance of 1 Ω and a forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1 µA at 3V.
This diode is housed in a T-18 axial lead transfer-molded plastic package with cathode indicated by a polarity band. It is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 200°C and features an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16 kV) per Human Body Model. The surge power rating is 180W for 8.3 ms.
