The 1N5276B is a 180V Zener voltage regulator diode from the 1N5221-1N5281B series manufactured by Microchip Technology (formerly Microsemi). This glass axial-leaded DO-35 package device provides a nominal Zener voltage of 180V with ±5% tolerance. Rated for 500mW power dissipation, it operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum Zener impedance of 1500Ω at the test current, a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 114V, and a forward voltage of 1.5V at 200mA. The through-hole mounting design and hermetic glass construction make it suitable for general-purpose voltage regulation, overvoltage protection, and reference voltage applications in industrial and commercial environments.
