The 1N5250B-T is a 20V Zener diode designed for voltage regulation and protection applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 20V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The device features a low forward voltage of 1.1V at 200mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA at 15V. With a maximum impedance of 25Ω at the test current, it provides stable voltage reference performance.
The diode is housed in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) glass package with axial leads, suitable for through-hole mounting. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and has a thermal resistance of 300°C/W junction-to-ambient. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has a lead-free finish (Sn96.5Ag3.5). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel.
