The 1N5239B is a Zener diode from onsemi designed for voltage regulation applications. It has a nominal Zener voltage of 9.1V with a tolerance of ±5%. The device can dissipate up to 500mW of power and features a Zener impedance of 10Ω at a test current of 20mA. Reverse leakage current is 3µA at 7V reverse voltage. Forward voltage is 1.2V at 200mA forward current.
The diode is housed in a DO-35 axial-lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 200°C. The device is part of the 1N5221B-1N5252B series of Zener diodes covering voltages from 2.4V to 36V.
