The 1N5236B-TR is a 7.5V Zener diode from Vishay Dale, part of the 1N5221 to 1N5267 series of small signal Zener diodes. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 7.5V at a test current of 20mA, with a tolerance of ±5%. The device has a maximum impedance of 6Ω at the test current and a reverse leakage current of 3µA at 6V. The forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 200mA.
The diode can dissipate up to 500mW at ambient temperatures up to 25°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 300K/W. It is designed for voltage stabilization and general purpose Zener applications.
The 1N5236B-TR is packaged in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) through-hole axial leaded package. It is available in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel. The device is also available in other package variants such as MiniMELF (TZM5236B), SOT-23 (MMBZ5236B), and SOD-123 (MMSZ5236B).
The nominal Zener voltage is 7.5V at a test current of 20mA.
The maximum power dissipation is 500mW at ambient temperatures up to 25°C.
The maximum forward voltage is 1.1V at a forward current of 200mA.
It is available in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) through-hole axial leaded package.
The Zener voltage tolerance is ±5%.
The maximum impedance (Zzt) is 6Ω at the test current of 20mA.
The maximum reverse leakage current is 3µA at a reverse voltage of 6V.
